TOS
General:
1. All commissions are SFW and public by default. This means that both you and I are free to share the work publicly on social media or in DMs at any time.
2. The "Private" commission only restricts my ability to share, stream, or post the work — you're still free to share it wherever and whenever you like!
3. If you have any questions, concerns, or wish to work with me - feel free to DM me on my listed socials or in Discord: aterhut!
Payment:
1. I require full payment upfront.
2. No refunds. (In most cases I wouldn't be able to provide refunds even if I wanted to. So far I've completed every commission on time without a single complaint to my name, so rest assured that you won't need to request one anyway.)
3. I'm able to accept payments only via:
- LavaTop (Prefered since it accepts both paypal and cards)
- Boosty or Hipolink (Cards only).
Process / What to expect:
Most of the time comissioning me is a chill experience with a friendly banter and regular updates on progress :3
(Everything is optional! Just let me know if you prefer fewer updates, more surprises, or anything else!)
1. We chat about your idea to make sure we're on the same page and both happy to move ahead. Then, we go over the final price, and you can proceed with the payment.
2. I draw and send you some sketches so you can give feedback and make sure you like how it’s shaping up.
3. I get to work and keep you updated on progress.
4. I send you the finished art and make tiny tweaks if needed.
5. Optionally I may ask for your socials to mention you in the post with your commission or hold off on posting if you want to reveal it yourself first :>
I won't draw:
1. Other people OCs without the owner’s permission, unless it’s a surprise and I believe that the owner won’t mind it.
2. Gore, blood, dark topics and extreme fetishes.
3. Hyper body propotions (Micro / Macro is fine!)
